Cancel Order from Store

Order Cancellation by the Store

The store management reserves the right to cancel the order after it has been received in the following cases:

• If the received order is unpaid.

• If the order is from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and shipping arrangements were not agreed upon in advance. In this case, the payment will be refunded after deducting the international transfer fees.

• If the order requires installation and no prior agreement was made between the buyer and the store regarding the installation cost. The payment will be refunded to the customer using the original payment method.

• If the product price was entered incorrectly. The payment will be refunded to the customer using the original payment method.

• If the product is out of actual stock and was not updated on the website. The payment will be refunded to the customer using the original payment method.
